I’ve had my nails done here several times before today and it was always a good job. Today, I decided to get the gel overlay nails and was not disappointed. Rachel was my tech this time. She was so patient with me and personable. I so enjoyed the experience and my nails! Thanks Rachel!! Don’t judge by my ugly hands! She was great!

We love this location!! Missy did a phenomenal job on my daughter's hair, and on my eyebrow service. We will definitely be booking with her next time! In addition, the crew in the store is always so very kind and educated. They always take the time to discuss different products for my needs, be it hair, skin, etc. These ladies have always been attentive when we come in, and that personal touch of knowing their customers really makes a difference. Loved the one in Wentzville. They are so friendly amd extremely helpful. I went to the St. Charles location for years and when I had an exchange for products they denied me. I had a recipt and the product were i opened and not used. I only wanted to exchange them not return. I immediately was upset and called the wentzville location where they were more then eager to help me and do my exchanges. I will be taking the drive from now one and go to the wentzville location and no longer St. Charles. Thank you Wentzville and all the girls that helped me here. I appreciate you all.

I scheduled an appointment online for cut color and highlight 2 days before an international work trip. The computer system messed up, and lost my appointment. Brenda got me in even though she was getting ready to go home. She did everything I asked even though it was out of her comfort zone on what she usually does. My hair looks great!

Can't recommend Missy D enough for haircut and styling. As a person who masks for health reasons and loves more trendy/alternative hair, I was really nervous due to past experiences. After scheduling and hearing how awesome she is from staff, I was blown away by the care and quality of my visit. Missy is so warm, accommodating, and did an amazing job. She is meticulous, fast, and will leave you styled to perfection. I am definitely coming back!
