2025-05-24Called and made an appointment for my bridal and bridal parties nails. They cut each of our cuticles to the point of bleeding on every person, did not clean the pedicure tubs after use, one of the pearls fell off and I got serviced yesterday. In addition, the employees were unkind especially during our payment. They acted as if we were trying to leave without paying when they had forgotten to add all party members to the bill after being told several times who would be on the bill. We payed over $400 for poor service and bad nails, I would never recommend spending any money here.
