Tonya did AMAZING on my nails. Two days before my wedding day I was panicking and at a loss. Tonya got me in this morning hassle free and made me feel gorgeous. Exactly what I wanted. Would totally come back

EXTREMELY DISPLEASED WITH THIS PLACE!!! I went in the 1st time, showed them my inspiration pic of what I wanted. And got something COMPLETELY different!! Told him I wasn’t pleased and asked him if I could come in the next day when I had more time to get it fixed. Left the place, same day I had a nail break. Came back the next day and he charged me to fix everything!!! After getting fixed I told him I wanted something different. A little more simple. I picked out a color for 4th of July and he insisted on throwing a design on it that looks terrible, on top of it the stars are all falling off, oh and ANOTHER NAIL BROKE!! I told them I wanted them all re done or a refund and he refused. OH, and while I was getting my ONE NAIL FIXED today, he missed out on an opportunity with a paying customer who was waiting and he started passive aggressively slamming stuff around. Slamming drawers, slamming nail polish bottle down. Was a very uncomfortable VERY UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE!!! $200 later and I am broke and very disatisfied!!!! First pic was the inspiration. Second pic and thereafter the disservice I received!!

I went in 6/10 for a fill and Ben did my services. While he was trimming my cuticles, he also started cutting some dead skin around my pinky, went too far into the healthy skin and cut me on the side of my pinky, as well as cut my cuticle pretty deeply. He then took the cuticle clippers, covered them, and put them back in the drawer without cleaning or sanitizing them. I was given a half hearted sorry, and had to get a paper towel to wrap my bleeding finger before going to pay. He charged me for “ombré” nails when I got a fill with solid color, and ONE different nail. Not a design, just one different color. 9 purple nails, one black. The next day on the 11th, my nails are chipping. I sent an email with photos to the salon owner and still have not heard back, a week later. This place injured me and overcharged me, and can’t even respond to me. Absolutely will never be back, and will let everyone know their tools are dirty, and possibly bloody.

Everyone there is so nice and welcoming. They all do such an amazing job! It is always so clean and bright. Would recommend everyone to go there! These are my latest nails that I just got done.

Tried a few different salons is the area and this one is thw absolute best! Very welcoming and always clean! Snow did my nails today. She is super sweet, suggested alternate colors and did a great job!! Everyone I've ever had do my nails has been wonderful!
