Polished Nail Salon by Kim

Absolutely the best nail salon in Jefferson City! I’ve been to several and this one wins hands down, just a little pricier than the others. Professional atmosphere and the staff is very friendly. Kim is a true artist and does a perfect manicure and pedicure. She’s gentle and precise. Kim herself is a true gem and so easy to talk to. I highly recommend!

I found this gem of a nail shop three years ago and have always had an excellent pedicure. Tran is such a perfectionist. She removes any polish on the sides from any over polish. She measures my big toenails to make sure they are perfectly even. I called yesterday for a last minute pedicure and they moved others around to accommodate my limited availability due to caring for my elderly mother.

Pros- fun location and space, staff kind and helpful. Cons from my visit- I was asked if I wanted a regular or deluxe pedicure. I didn’t know the difference and was given a menu. The price on the menu said 45. It included a 45 minute service, which I did get. My total before tip was $60, I paid and then inquired about the price difference-I was told $15 extra for gel. It would have been nice to know that up front. Looking back I also think I was supposed to get hot stones and didn’t.

I was very wary of going to a new salon after the lady I had been seeing for 5 years retired. This place did not disappoint. I had an appointment with Shay. She paid great attention to detail with my nails. It was a very relaxed yet professional atmosphere so that was a plus compared to some other places. I recommend Kim’s Polished Nail Salon 100%!
