Rich Cheap Chick Nail Salon

I’ve first heard about this nail shop on tik tok and decided to try them out. It’s a pink lovers dream in there. Very therapeutic and calming vibes amongst the staff. The owner is very sweet and hands on which I appreciate. My nail tech Dorian is absolutely amazing, me and her clicked so well we became very close. Dorian is not only professional but she makes you feel comfortable in her chair. Wouldn’t go anywhere else now that I found this place.

Cute salon. However, my experience was very subpar. Cece did my toes and I love them she was very nice and welcoming. But unfortunately she had to leave and this Blue character had to do my nails. From the moment I called and she answered the phone I can tell she was a bit much. Her cockiness and attitude was very unpleasant. But I continued being nice. They claim they fix what the customer don’t like so she asked if I liked my nails. I said they were OK. She wanted to know why and I told her they had no apex. Instead of attempting to fix it she told me everybody does nails differently and people like different things. As I agree with her, I was not complaining about the shape but more so the structure. A flat nail with no apex is not flattering. She told me she’s been doing nails for 6 years but she basically brushed off what I said and her and the owner laughed about it and compared it to another situation with a different customer. If you are going to be in the service industry no matter how long you’ve been doing something, there is always opportunity to grow. On top of this, I could tell she was offended so I never got upset or anything I just took the L. But she overcharged me for my nails I am assuming because she was offended. I specifically told her medium and she kept asking “right here?” I said yea and she was like well this is long. I told her to cut more to medium and she still did what she wanted to do I guess to charge more for length. I want her to get over herself and go take some classes. Her work is not giving 6 years. I could’ve done this at home. Cute idea for a salon. I think they need to be more transparent about the fact these are people With little experience or straight out of school. Which I wouldn’t have a problem with if I wasn’t paying experienced salon price. Money hungry and lacking experience don’t match. Literally all crocked, lumpy, wide, and/or flat.

SHAY is a phenomenal nail tech. She took her time on me RESULTING IN FLAWLESS NAILS and made me feel welcomed. I appreciate Kayla for getting me a mimosa while waiting to be serviced. Big s/o to the owner for engaging with customers and promoting her other stylist on display for example such as the eyebrow lady !! Keep going ladies 💯❤️ will be back !!

Blu is AMAZING!!! I have been a loyal customer of hers since 2019. She always gets me together and majority of the time, she freestyles. Excellent service and has a lot of experience in the game!! Blu takes her time with your nails. She’s extremely passionate and I will follow her wherever she goes!! Moreover, Rich Cheap Chick Nail Salon is a VIBEEEE!! Okay!! I love it! The welcoming atmosphere, their attentiveness to your needs, and they will even call you back while they’re finishing up the client so you won’t have to wait around in the shop if you choose not too.
