Pro Nails

I used to come here more often and had good experiences. The last 2 times have not been good Jen did my nails 2 times ago and they chipped within a day and she caused me to have in grown toenails. Ouch!! Now recently I went back this week and had Dianna and she was nice but I could have done a better job at home. They are bubbly and look bad and the massage was lackluster and she just didn’t seem experienced. The polish doesn’t even go to the edge of my toes and the “top coat” was thrown on so poorly. Won’t be going back.

I have gotten mine and my daughter’s nails done here 3-4 times. Though they come out looking beautiful each time, the quality just isn’t there. They just fall off, break in half, they don’t stand up at all. I won’t an office job and stress my nails very little. I’ve been getting them done every two weeks for 15 years now and they don’t even last a week from Pro Nails. All 4 times I have been there have been this summer (2022) and every time they just break while I’m doing nothing at all. You can see in the photo how fresh the manicure is. There is no reason one has snapped AGAIN after 2 days and no stress to them at all.

They were so friendly and nice. My nails look very good and she made sure to ask if I like them every step of the way!! I haven't gotten my nails done in years but now I will keep going just for them!

I have been to many nail salons over the years. A friend recommended ProNails for my first pedicure. The talent and friendliness of the entire staff is incredible!! Yen will draw any design beautifully, just off the top of her head. Both Eric and Yen, and all the staff have been so gracious to my dear friend with dementia. I have never been to an establishment where the employees truly care and have compassion and do what they can to accommodate their customers. Thank you so much ProNails! I will never go anywhere else!!

I came in for full set , I was not happy with my nails. The older lady who owns it did it this time and was horrible at it. My nails are shorter sizes and the nails are so wide looking which shorter and wide make my hands look fat. I would go again when the young man comes back from vacation. He took his time and not just rushed
