got a dip powder French manicure and a gel pedicure, and I absolutely loved the experience! The staff was very friendly, and Jennifer, who took care of me, was incredibly kind and professional. She made my visit truly special. My nails look amazing, and the customer service was a solid 10/10. I’ll definitely be coming back

The lady fixed my ripped nail proficiently even though I didn't ask, and she did not charge extra. She offered to file my nails further even though they were busy, and I didn't ask her for that either. My mom loved the color the lady chose for her. She was also friendly.

What a great experience! I’m ashamed to say I did not get the name of the gentleman who did my acrylic gel fill tonight but he was SO good. I was in town visiting my parents from Minneapolis and couldn’t get an appt before coming down. I’ve never been here before but will absolutely be back if possible! He listened to exactly what I wanted (almond shape, no thickness to my mani) and was meticulous but still got my nails done quickly enough. Clean and very sweet salon with TONS of color options. 5 stars for sure, highly recommend!

I had the best time at Spa & Nails! Kim was so professional. The place was clean and organized. I really enjoyed the service as it was well worth my money. Prices have increased since my last visit over a year ago but nothing I didn’t expect with inflation. Convenient location with great parking.

I cannot even give this business 1 star after the service I received today. I tried to get a walk in on Wednesday but was told they were busy if I could make an appointment for the next day. I completely understood and it was not a problem. I showed up at my scheduled time at 5:30pm the following day. I checked in and began to wait. They proceeded to take every other person that walked in after me back to a spot for their service so after 20 minutes of waiting I asked how much longer I’d have to wait. Finally at 6pm, a half hour late, they get me a spot. I made my appointment to remove my set and do another full set. They then proceed to ask me to come back Saturday instead when they have more time. I told them no, that I specifically made an appointment for this and that they already made me wait 30 minutes. So that one person would start my nails, then take care of someone else while they soaked. They then completely left me waiting and proceeded to take care of 3 other walk ins after me. So I have been there for an hour and have literally gotten no service done besides soaking my nails. I had to ask someone to file off what they had soaked and I left. I now have terrible destroyed nails for my weekend plans. I never write reviews and I am normally patient, but this was the worst service I have ever received.
