Salon HALO & Spa

I decided to check out Salon Halo after my usual stylist moved out of state. I went in for a standard root touch up and trim. The haircut was fine but the root touch up was shades wrong. I ended up with black roots with my chocolate hair. I gave it a few days to see if it softened but it did not. I ended up calling to set up an appointment to have it redone to the correct shade. A few days later the stylist called me canceling the appointment letting me know there was nothing they could do about it. She also did not seem confident in her ability to shade match me at my future scheduled appointment. I went to a different salon for my next touch up and got the correct color but still have a band of black from the mistake. They may be fine for more elaborate colors but I would find a different salon for simple coloring with better trained stylists.

Coming to Salon Halo is a gift in itself. Having Jeanette color, cut and style my hair is truly a blessing wrapped with a big red bow🎁 Jeanette always sends me away a very happy client!

Jeannette provides the best salon service! I always have the most relaxing experience and guaranteed a hair color and style that looks so natural on me. She is an expert on the hair and skin products so I look my best between visits. It's a load off of my busy life knowing I will relax and come out looking great!

Salon Halo is a very peaceful salon. Nice music and positive people all around! Lorin is a very special stylist. She listens and always gives good sound advice. She is quiet when you are and is a pleasant conversationalist when you want to chat. They are also very accommodating when you need to change your plan.

I had an excellent experience with Madison. She took time to talk with me about what I wanted done with my hair and offer suggestions when I asked. I’m very pleased, my hair looks fabulous, and I cannot wait to come back.
