I will not be back. I had walked in and there was no one there from the time I sat till the time I left. I usually to go a salon near my hometown although I was next door and thought it would be convenient. I asked for my acrylics to be filled and a French tip design. It took the lady an hour and 15 min to fill my acrylics. Ive had many fills in the past at my usual salon and the average time is 15-20 minutes max for a fill. She then continued to grind down my skin till I was bleeding and the French tips were extremely thick.

I had the worst experience there last Saturday 10/4 I don't even know who was doing my nails but she was the worst person ever. I have dermatillomania and wish I didn't. I don't pick my skin as bad with fake nails and had to take them off for work briefly and I wanted nails done and they were the only ones open. I thought I booked an appointment for 430 and booked an appointment for 415 so I did show up late and apologized repeatedly. She spent the first 5 minutes I got there talking to her co worker about how bad my fingers were and why did she have to do my nails. Thank you Google Translate. So she got started on my nails at 435 and at 445 when she had all the nails glued on she told me I had to wait because I was late and she needed to paint nails of another person. Which is odd my appointment was scheduled until 510 so she double booked but whatever by 535 i left. The lady doing my nails was walking around the salon doing everything she could to not do my nails which if she would have told me right away she couldn't do my nails I would have been okay with it. I decided to walk out at 535 and left $5 to cover the cost of tips she glued on and left me sitting there for 45 minutes wearing. The manger of the salon did message and me and tried to make it right but knowing how this one person and her co worker treated me I would never step foot into there. I wish I knew the name of who was doing my nails but didn't tell me that when I booked online. Book her cautiously if you are new to this salon.
