⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an amazing experience with Jenn at Sandy’s Salon! She did an incredible job trimming my hair and took the beard sculpting to the next level — clean lines, perfect blend, and exactly the look I wanted. You can tell she really pays attention to detail and takes pride in her work. The atmosphere at Sandy’s Salon is always welcoming, and everyone there is professional and friendly. Highly recommend Jenn and the whole team at Sandy’s Salon if you’re looking for top-quality service and precision grooming.

So I was at this salon on November 22 around 10:40am, this was my 4th time at this salon to get my hair re twist, my appointment was at 10:30, I sent sandy a text and told her I will be 10 minutes late and I asked her if that’s okay and she said yes. So I show up at 10:40. When I arrive at the salon she was on the phone with her website builder and she look and sounded upset about something, they were talking about putting a picture of a girl on the website. For some reason she did like how the website people were handling things and she was telling me. Things were going good until I asked her to make the rows between my dreadlocks look clean. At this point she got mad at me and ask me have I ever not make the rows in your hair clean and I said you always make it clean and I was just asking. She said don’t you ever ask me that again, I am not a small girl I’m a grown woman. I was looking in the marrow why she was doing my hair and she told me stop looking in the marrow and look at your phone, she keep telling me bout how she knows what she is doing. What really makes me leave a review is because she bush my head very aggressively and said stay still. At this moment I had enough and I knew I was going to leave a review sharing my experience. And then another one of her clients walked in and she started telling how when I’m late it affects her customers. This makes me feel like I was not one of her customers. I always tip her 50%, the re twist is $80 dollars and I give her $40 dollars in tips. After I left a review she responded to it pretending like she don’t know who I am but she knows me very well. She even sent me a message calling me rude instead of asking why I decided to leave a review, most businesses owners would ask what I can do to make the experience better next time but not her. If you leave a review she doesn’t like she will confront you about it. I was always respectful and I should not be disrespected over a girl picture that your website builder is struggling to put on your website. She’s very bad at doing dreadlocks and she even told me most of her clients with dreadlocks never returned. A bad person will not tip you $40 dollars.

Jenn isn’t just cutting hair; she’s creating a whole experience. Her fades are clean, her beard work is next level, and the confidence she brings to the chair is unmatched. You sit down expecting a haircut — you leave feeling like a different person. She’s got the skill, the style, and that energy that makes people stop and take notice. If you want to look sharp and feel sharper, this is where you go. Trust me — once you get in Jenn’s chair, you’ll see why it’s called JAWDROPPER.

I was in town and came across the salon and let me tell you it was a great decision and great fine. I was treated so well and my hairstylist was so very personable and kind and had an incredible job on my hair. 10 out of 10 would recommend this place.

Jenn is incredible. Very outgoing and talented. She's amazing at her craft and also a genuine person. I highly recommend her for all your barber and hair needs.
