I always leave feeling so satisfied with my nails! I appreciate how everyone working is kind and smiles at you. Cindy is incredibly detail-oriented and takes her time to make sure everything looks perfect. I always request her because she shapes my nails beautifully and keeps my cuticles looking clean and polished. Highly recommend!

Was recommended this nail salon from multiple locals as I'm visiting on a mini vacation. Staff was very friendly and got me in for a pedicure and wax quickly. Prices are compatible to what I am used to. The salon was clean and comfortable. Ultimate pedicure is worth every dollar. Thank you KNails staff!

My friend and I had an appointment for 1pn two full set acrylics, we got there about 12:55ish and he welcomed us in, asked our names and etc, he had us look at colors, they where very busy this saturday. After about 20 minutes they finally had time for my friend to go, then about 10 minutes later me. The lady that did my nails was very quiet and worked fast, some of my nails aren’t totally the same shape and I had asked for a white french and not a lot of the lines where symmetrical. They had a welcoming environment I feel as though I would give 5 starts if she took her time to make sure the lines were at least more symmetrical. I would go back!

I came in as a walk in for my first time here for a deluxe pedicure which was supposed to have callus removal and foot and leg scrub as well as a leg mask. She didn’t do callus removal which was the whole reason I upgraded to deluxe. She did the leg scrub on my one leg for like five minutes really massaging it in and my other leg she did for maybe one minute tops. The same thing happened with the leg and foot massage that is standard with all their pedicures she spent a long time on one leg and very little on the other. Then when she was painting my nails is when I think she noticed the calluses on my feet and she tried with a normal nail file to get it down a little bit but surprise it didn’t work. I don’t think I will be back.

Save your time, money, and sanity don’t go here!! I’ve tried over and over to get my nails done here as there’s not many nail salons in the area but everyone I’m reminded why I hate it. And every time the service gets worse!! Isn’t there inspectors that monitor these places? Dirty tables and tools being used over and over and never sanitized. The owner must of been on vacation as the employees were pocketing cash from the toll left and right which I never seen when Kevin is there. My nails are less than 8 hours old I’m these photos they are soft and sticky and peeling off!
