Vegas Nails

I called ahead to schedule an appointment at Vegas Nails for my birthday and was told to come in at 3:30. When I arrived, the salon was completely full and no one seemed to know I even had an appointment—because it was never written down. I sat and waited for 20 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me, all while they were taking in walk-in pedicures ahead of me. When I finally did get my nails done, they turned out absolutely horrible. On top of that, the salon itself is unclean — there is a fly and spider infestation. Employees were walking around barefoot, glued to their phones, and even vaping in front of clients and children. To make matters worse, it was outrageously expensive — $120 for a simple French tip set. I had checked the prices on their website beforehand, and what I was charged was nowhere near accurate. Overall, I left very unhappy and honestly disgusted. I was hoping for a nice, relaxing birthday treat and instead had one of the worst salon experiences I’ve ever had. Definitely not somewhere I’d recommend or return to.

I wish I had read the reviews before stopping in. I was in town visiting family long enough that I needed a new acrylic set. The woman who did my nails literally ripped the acrylics right off rather than soaking and filing them down first, and it completely destroyed my natural nails. This is absolutely shocking for a professional to do, and nobody should ever go to this salon who values their nails. She also did a very poor job with the new set. She rushed through when someone else came in, did a bad paint job, left all my nails jagged, couldn't find any of the colors I wanted and kept telling me to pick someone else, and made my thumbs drastically shorter than the rest of my nails. I will absolutely never go back and would suggest finding a different salon.

Best nail salon in the cities. I’ve been a customer here for 10 years, and I will be for another 10 years! The nail techs are all so kind and talented. I’ve never had a bad experience here. They are so efficient and pay attention to detail. Highly recommend them!

I have been coming for years and always get friendly a professional service. Linh does great work on my nails and is very easy to get in and see. If she is ever busy I know that I will still receive excellent service!

Friendly place clean and professional. My first time here and I will definitely come back. Everything was great. They did wonderful on my toes and got my eye brows done too. I thought the place is reasonably priced. I enjoyed the experience.
