Top Nails Salon and Spa

Very disappointed with how these came out and stubbornness of my tech. Visited yesterday after work, the tech seemed good a first but once the polish came out she slowly got worse and worse. The design I wanted was simple, I brought a photo and only wanted it done on my ring finger like in the photo. At one point she gets up and grabs white, I never even asked for or mentioned wanting white (aside from the line work). She proceeds to paint all of my nails white and then says she's doing black for the lines "Very good for you, you will like, it'll be beautiful"... what? I had to remind her that I wanted a light green. She then sighs and begins to paint the green over the white. Ok maybe she's got a cool idea...no. She kept asking, almost pushing me to do a flower design and gems, and I was starting to feel very defeated because she wasn't listening. She had to wipe off the black lines 3+ times and redo them but it just started to get messy and she gave up. She charged me $70 and says "this looks better than the picture"....GIRL what? I should have spoke up. But I'm not a confrontational person and they squeezed me in so I didn't want to be difficult and she was working on them for almost 1.5hrs. But they look so bad..

Tina opened the shop an hour and a half early just so I could come to get my nails done! She drove all the way from the twin cities just for me. Fabulous service, fast, and she is so sweet! Definitely booking again.

Tina did a great job with my nails, they look just like the picture I showed her and made adjustments as we went as I asked for them. So happy and would recommend!

Very nice people, had a great time getting my nails done. Kept their space clean and the nails turned out super smooth. Definitely coming here again for any occasion.
