2025-06-22Easily the worst and most disappointing pedicure I’ve ever had. Came in two hours before close, called ahead to ensure they had time to fit in a pedicure, and there was nobody waiting when I arrived. Despite all this, I ended up with a rushed PAINFUL pedicure that I could have easily done better at home. Polish isn’t smooth, terrible edges, nails cut crooked, and no attention paid to exfoliation. It looks like it was done by my kid cousin 😩 Paid for a hot stone massage and gel, so $72 for something I will genuinely have to remove and attempt to correct on my own. I’m also confident I was asked at least 3 separate times about a tip and it was the only time the tech ever made an attempt to be friendly. I finally told her I wasn’t leaving a tip because I wasn’t happy with the service—it was rushed, looked terrible, and was deeply disappointing as it was my first pedicure in 6 months due to having a young baby at home. She said “oh, that’s okay.” and that was it—no apology or offer to correct.

2025-09-02Lili Nails is always excellent!!! I have tried many nail salons and none have stood out to me until my friend referred me to LiLi nails! I go to Julie and she kills it every time! I’ve been getting very close designs and there is no doubt that she slays the job again and again! The service is amazing and they are always so welcoming and kind. I recently started coming here and I will never go to another salon again. I drive from Woodbury if that says anything about their business! Overall I love this place and will be a customer forever!!!!
