2025-12-07Got my nails done yesterday and they are all different lengths and incredibly thick. They look round. I came in with very long natural nails and now I have to get tips. I’m now in the shop the next day waiting to have them fixed, made an appointment, and have been waiting an hour and half. I would have left but my fingers are so sore and I pains $80 yesterday ($10 “accidental overcharge” that I was refunded). Do not recommend.

The staff is always very friendly and do a great job at paying attention to details when it comes to their clients nails. Crystal always does an amazing job at my nails! If you are looking for a new salon I definitely recommend Zen Nail bar :)
