2025-08-29This past weekend I tried Inside Out health and wellness for the first time. I was skeptical at first. However, my body was aching due to my profession. I booked a Himalayan Salt Stone Massage, with Eric. When I tell you all the tension spots on my body were no longer there by the time I left. I’ve had massages before and NONE of them made me feel as brand new as that one. Eric is very respectful, kind, and educated about what he is doing. It took me a few days to write this review due to my busy schedule. But trust me when I tell you I’ve been bragging about this place since. I will definitely be going back ! Highly recommend!
