Insideout Health & Wellness is wonderful! I walked into a peaceful environment with a warm greeting from the team. Jennifer is an amazing massage therapist that helped tremendously with my head, neck and shoulder tension. I feel like a whole new person and will be going back regularly!! I appreciated the ease with the appointment portal as well. Also a very clean and comfortable setting! Highly recommend, a true gem.

He was extremely knowledgeable in sports medicine and massages and paid attention to how my stance was while holding a camera (my job) which is why my back hurt in the first place and he gave me a lot of advice. It was so much more than just a massage. An absolute 10/10 experience I was very impressed

Eric has the right blend of Swedish and deep tissue skills that works best for me. He's helpful in educating by sharing stretches to help release tension in my chronically tight areas. I also appreciate his warm energy and presence that creates instant comfort and confidence.

This past weekend I tried Inside Out health and wellness for the first time. I was skeptical at first. However, my body was aching due to my profession. I booked a Himalayan Salt Stone Massage, with Eric. When I tell you all the tension spots on my body were no longer there by the time I left. I’ve had massages before and NONE of them made me feel as brand new as that one. Eric is very respectful, kind, and educated about what he is doing. It took me a few days to write this review due to my busy schedule. But trust me when I tell you I’ve been bragging about this place since. I will definitely be going back ! Highly recommend!
