Luxotic Nail Bar Mansfield

I was excited to try this place because it seemed to have good reviews but I was not too pleased when I walked out after my service. Went in for a gel manicure and was taken with Lynn. About 5-10 min into my appointment this woman (assuming now she’s a regular customer) comes in and sits in the chair next to me instead of the waiting area. She was apparently Lynn’s next appointment. I immediately felt like my service was being rushed because of this so I was a bit disappointed. Then this morning I was looking at my nails on noticed my left hand was not shaped well and uneven.

This will be my first and last time visiting this salon. I received a dip manicure, and upon getting home from the salon i noticed smudges across my pointer middle and index finger. The experience felt rushed and impersonal, when i walked up to the front to pay i was not even spoken to or given a total price. They just took my card. Not very pleased with how my nails turned out, especially for $65 before tip and unfriendly service.

I have been coming here for a while now and I'm extremely disappointed because I had a new technician who failed to make my nails look presentable TWICE. I had originally asked for blue but when the technician messed up they made me pick something different so I ended up with pink. I came in on Monday and by Wednesday the chrome was chipping off of my dip manicure. I had them redo the chrome on Wednesday. It has only been a week since I went back to get them "fixed" and now they look even worse with every nail. I'm really disappointed.

I go every 3 weeks. And Julie does my nails. I appreciate how she takes care of my natural nails. They last 3 weeks, with no chips or cracks. Julie is awesome, she also picks my color , when I’m undecided. Kim always greet you with a smile and remember my name. 10/5 I am trying out their new colors today. I usually pick a OPI brand because it last longer on my nails. Fingers Cross for the new colors Thanks to Julie, once again a happy customer.
