Purity Nail Spa

I love the Customer Service. I love how quick they are to help people and I love their nail art. I will always come back and I will always tell people where I got my nails done so they get more service.

I’ve been to Purity twice so far and had different nail techs each time. The first time I had Abby (French tip) and she took her time and did an amazing application. The second time so far, I had Hannah (blue chrome). She was very nice and made sure I got what I wanted. She gave me many options of chrome because I was unsure of what would look best. She was kind and took her time. They both were quick, but efficient. Will definitely be coming back again and will be getting a pedicure in a few weeks!

I visited this salon yesterday. I have high expectations based on its high rating but was disappointed with the service. Despite arriving early, my nail technician seemed unsure about the design I wanted and pushed for a different color. She took breaks during my appointment and struggled to replicate a simple design, eventually suggesting I do it myself. I left with 7 layers of gel polish and no design. My toes have already chipped. The total cost was unexpectedly high, with additional charges not listed on their menu. I paid $105.38 (only gave a five dollar tip). When I raised my concerns with the manager, who turned out to be the owner, he refused to fix the issue without extra payment, despite the poor service I received. He pretended to have to speak with the owner placing a fake phone call and then said the owner said no they would not fix it. He also told me that I should just do it myself at home because the tech tried her best. All of this is after I was told over the phone to come back and have them fixed. Overall, a frustrating experience with unprofessional handling of customer concerns. It is an additional $20 for gel on a pedicure “for labor” which I would think it actually less cost to them to do gel these days since it is almost instantly cured and gel is so readily available now. Edit: I decided to take the salon’s advice and do my nails at home. It took me 4hrs. But it looks far better than what I paid for the service they provided me.

They did a great job on my nails for my wedding! They lasted my whole 2 week honeymoon too.

I went in for a fill-in and ended up paying $77 which is more than I paid for my original set. I got charged $15 for a special design which was a small line bow on each ring finger. I also got charged $10 for a special nail shape which was almond shape Which my nails were already shaped as when I came in so all they had to do was file my nails I also got charged five dollars for one nail to be replaced when she had to rip the nail off to replace it. So I got charged 30 extra dollars on top of the $45 fill-in price and then another two dollars from I don’t even know where. This place is extremely overpriced and I will not be returning because of that.
