It was my first time coming here and it was lovely. The people were super kind. The nail tech I had was Theary and she was super sweet. She did exactly what I wanted a gel x fill with colorful French tips. She was very gentle and precise during the process of the manicure. The place was pretty and cleanly. I highly recommend them! I found my new nail place! Update 11-13-25: They have done it again! I’ve went two times now after my first review and every single time I am met with the same amazing service no matter the nail tech. I will picture the inspo photo first and the result second. (I chose a different color and shape than in the picture) They legit did so amazing, these are probably my favorite nails ever. Again I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for nail techs. I’m at a loss regarding my experience. I got a full set of new Gel X nail tips for the first time a few weeks ago from a different, out-of-state salon (see image with tortoise shell tips for comparison). I specifically chose Gel X because it is supposed to require less harsh filing and feel lighter and more flexible than acrylics (which I previously had for years). Since Gel X is newer, I specifically went to your salon for the good reviews, and the fact that you offered Gel X nails and fills. When I came, I had never gotten a Gel X nail fill and did not know what to expect; however, when I sat down, your nail technician did not ask any questions or indicate any problems. He proceeded to fill my nails like a traditional acrylic nail - as he continued, the nails became thicker and uneven. Having never had a Gel X fill before, though, I thought it was part of the process. I started to get concerned, though, when I saw how much gel he applied (it was a lot with a large acrylic brush compared to when I got them originally done), and he asked me to wash my hands after sanding down the fill. I’ve now read that Gel X can trap moisture, and you should not get them wet while filling. I also asked your tech how many times Gel X could be refilled, and he didn’t seem to know. Despite my better judgment, I continued, assuming you all knew what you were doing. When I asked him to make my nails a little shorter, he said “okay,” but then ground every tip down with a drill by about a millimeter. I’ve since discovered Gel X are much softer than acrylics, so a light hand is recommended. Because the length was taken down so much, my nails tips were shaped much wider than when I came in. I didn’t like the look, but it was already done, so there was little to say without requesting an entire new set, and I could get over it. I finally said something though when it came to painting. I selected a frosty glazed white from the nail boards provided. He applied a single coat of color, and my nails were essentially “sparkly” nude. He was about leave them that way; however, after I questioned it, 3 employees explained to me that the nail swatch I selected was white because the polish was not used on a natural nail color underneath. I stated I understood, but questioned why you would provide a swatch if it was no where close to what the resulting color would be in real life; either more coats needed to be applied, or the color swatch was completely deceptive (in which case, tell people). When no one could offer a solution, I proposed using a darker, more opaque white first as a base, which seemed to work to at least get the color closer to the swatch. As the tech applied 3 more coats, the nail got thicker and thicker. When I asked about the warped shape of my thumb nail, your tech assured me he would fix it. As this was going on, one of your receptionists looked at my eyebrows and asked whether I wanted the salon to do something with them following my appointment. While I presume it was kindly meant, it was an odd question to answer while I was experiencing issues with the current service I had booked. After finishing the polish, the tech proceeded to reshape and re-file all of my nails, which filed the polish off the edges of every nail. No top coat was applied, so in the end, the top of my nails were rough to the touch and uneven. No oil was added to my cuticles, which are now red and cracked. My nails are about the thickness of a dime, and there’s no natural transition between the nail bed and the apex. The tips are also uneven on both the surface and asymmetrical around the sides (see images with white nails). To be frank, I don’t think I’m a Karen and rarely complain about services or post negative reviews. However, if your salon is not experienced enough in Gel X to do a professional job, you should not offer the service, or be honest with a customer if she should skip the fill for a new set. I intend to go to another salon in the coming days to see if and how I can get a new set applied.

I love this place! I love that when you go in they greet with you a warm smile, you feel welcome and the whole time you feel like you’ve been going there for years. The work is always exceptional and last night I had Nikki whose work was AMAZING and beautiful! I left with such a gorgeous pedicure I will not put socks on! I absolutely love them here ❤️ If I could review this place a hundred times over I would. I LOVE THIS PLACE! I love how welcoming they are and I love that every time I leave there my feet look amazing and I feel so excited to show them off. What a great team 💕

I just moved to the area and looking for a good nail salon is always a pain. I got it right on the first try!! This nail salon is beautiful, the technicians are skilled, the atmosphere is very relaxing. On my first visit I was given a 30% off coupon for my next visit if I came back on or before the 3 week mark. I went back and the experience was consistent! Ladies you will not be disappointed.
