I have been coming here for well over 2 years. Tan does my nails he does a great job. The shop is beautiful it's amazing. Prices are very reasonable compared to other shops. The customer service is amazing tan does a good job on my nails he is one of the owners with his wife Nancy who is equally great. Don't go by the negative reviews that you see give it a try for yourself you won't regret it.

Had a great first experience here yesterday 8/20. Tan did a beautiful job. Reference picture vs what I got. I’m getting married tomorrow 8/22 so these are my wedding/honeymoon nails and I couldn’t be happier! It was also a good price and he did it in an hour.

I love going to Polished Nails & Spa! Its very clean, Tan and Nancy are so nice and great at what they do! Anita is very nice as well and gives a great pedicure!

I’ve been getting dip nail powder for years. Typically the dip powder lasts 3-4 weeks. I had decided to try this place since it was right beside my house. After one week of getting my nails done, I noticed the polish begin to chip, so I decided to go back to the salon to address the issue with who I believe was the owner/manager (he was the same person who had actually did my nails). After showing him what the dip polish they used did to my nails, he stated that sometimes it happens if you “work” with your hands a lot. Again, I’ve been getting dip powder for years and one of the main reasons is because of its resistance & ability to last longer. He proceeded to say if I would’ve came in sooner they could’ve fixed it but at this point there was nothing they could do. He offered to take off the polish for free. If you’re looking for quality service that provides you with the best outcome for your nails DO NOT GO HERE!
