⭐️ 1-Star Review At first, I thought my nails looked really cute, but there were many things wrong with the overall service. I liked the set when it was first done, but several things caught me off guard. For one, I was asked if I wanted a top coat, which I assumed was standard for gel nails. It also took 2–3 different people to complete my set, and there was very little attention to detail during the application process. Within just one week, three of my nails have broken. I’m not hard on my nails at all, but each one broke clean off right where they were glued on. When I went back to get one fixed, they did repair it for free, which I appreciated, but the fix wasn’t done as well as the original set. There’s now a visible lump in the nail, and the lump actually moves, which makes me think the polish underneath didn’t fully cure. Another thing that made me uncomfortable was that I could tell they were discussing the price before telling me, and only afterward did they offer me $5 off if I left a review. I wasn’t told the full price until the nail set was already finished. This nail set was not worth the money spent. Overall, the nails were cute at first glance, but the lack of detail, poor durability, and uncomfortable experience made this visit very disappointing. I will not be returning to this establishment.

Jimmy did an amazing job! I showed him a photo of the nails I wanted, and they turned out absolutely perfect. I’m in love with my nails! The customer service was excellent, and the salon decorations are beautiful. Highly recommend!

Jimmy did not disappoint! I showed him my inspiration picture and he delivered just that. He perfects his craft and does an amazing job with providing good quality. Now with the pedicure Angel did a wonderful job, foot massage was amazing.

Stopped by on a whim for a walk in after my boss recommended the place to me the night before. Immediately walked in to an atmosphere of sterile white and lighting gilded in gold with serene music setting the tone. Everyone was super nice and check in was quick and easy. I went fairly late in the day so there was no wait before the nail artist Jimmy came to get me. I told him my situation and had reference pictures to show him what color i was getting my hair dyed the next day and how i wanted to have my nails merch for when I met my future in-laws. Told him that I wanted it to be sparkly and icy to match the vibe but other than that he was free to execute it however he wanted. They came out beautifully, and I couldn’t be happier with what I got. I’ve only ever gone to a small nail salon before so I felt so pampered coming here, it was like night and day. Mr. Jimmy immediately offered water, he oiled my nail beds, I was given a steamed lemongrass infused towel for my hands, and he even lotioned them for me😭🙏. I was also given a complimentary bottle of lotion on my way out. As someone who hasn’t had my nails done in years it felt magical and I appreciate everyone that was apart of it.

Been here a few times and have always had good experiences! The place is nice and clean, a lots of mani/pedi stations with a good amount of staff. They give you water and snacks (fruit & chips) while getting your service. I love going to Britney, she does a great job on my gel manicure (sometimes with design) and pedicure—friendly and patient too. I’ll be back!
