I love Nova Nails and have been getting my nails done for the past few years since they’ve been open out of support for my brother Prosper who I am incredibly proud of. Beyond supporting him I fell in love with Nova Nails quality, experience and consistency. My original favorite nail tech grew in her personal business and left the shop and so I haven’t had a nail tech that I usually go to until I met Kayleeeee! I made a walk-in appointment that day of which she was able to accommodate me and from the moment we met we just had a fire connection! Beyond the great customer service and bond she helped bring the vision of my nails into a more beautiful version of what I even thought of. I usually don’t trust any nail tech to freestyle to add to my vision but I trusted her and she ate! These were my top 3 favorite nails of the year and im so grateful I can finally say Kayleeee is my girl! And I love the way her mind works. I respect her precision, creativity and craft. She was so kind to me and made me feel comfortable. It was an effortless bond and I told my sister how great the experience was and she went to Kaylee the next day and saw exactly what I meant and she loved her nails as well. So yes 10/10 would highly recommend! Nova always has the best music playing especially if you’re a millennial. It’s a whole vibe. The aesthetic is beautiful, clean and refreshing. I love the energy and atmosphere is very relaxing and a full experience. Thanks for everything 🙏🏾

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I started going to “Remi” @NovaNails Towson, June 2025 when my nails and toenails were damaged and weak. Fast forward a few months, and the transformation has been amazing! The last two times she serviced me, we were both impressed with how strong and healthy my nails have become. Remi is super creative, and I trust her to come up with something fly every single time. She truly cares about nail health and style — highly recommend her! 💅🏽✨ #gelxnails

update: i appreciate nova nails for offering a fix. will be a returning customer for promptly addressing my concern. i’ve gotten my nails done here before and had a positive experience so i decided to come back. Unfortunately the nails i got on Monday are already lifting, today is sunday. very disappointed because i paid $147, my last set lasted 2 months.

I’ve been tryna get here for awhile since I moved. Finally got an appointment with Kylie and she did not disappoint. Very professional, very sweet and did exactly what I wanted. By far exceeded my expectations. I’m very picky but quality over quantity any day. I highly recommend her and the staff here at Nova nails. I’m definitely coming back

I love NovaNails! I went for the first time earlier this month in October and i definitely will be going back! The service was amazing and quick. My nail tech was Kaylee and her work is just amazing!
