I had an absolutely great experience, staff is super friendly and welcoming they make sure you get exactly what you are asking for, a special shout out to Mia she is amazing and super sweet. She went above and beyond with my nails. Hands down the best nail shop I have been too!!!

I just had the most amazing experience at Elegant Nail Salon and had to share! From the moment I walked in, I felt taken care of. Mia started on my builder gel manicure while Eric began my Ultimate Pedicure—yes, both at the same time! I LOVED that they valued my time and made the most of every minute I was there. Mia absolutely nailed (pun intended!) the design I showed her—she executed it flawlessly with so much attention to detail. Her warm, friendly energy made me feel relaxed, pampered, and honestly, like a VIP. And Eric? Hands down gave me one of the best pedicures of my life. Everything from the scrub to the massage was chef’s kiss. Elegant Nail Salon, thank you for the good vibes, great service, and making me feel so refreshed and fabulous. I’ll definitely be back—and telling everyone about you!

Normally have a really positive experience but this time not so much. My friend and i went as a going away present. 2 pedicures only. I got white french tips after she told me she couldnt do purple for halloween. (Thats okay) and she got black with sparkles but they seemed very un organized scrambling for supplies. They didnt even give us the colors to pick from until 10 minutes before they closed (we were there for an hour and a half.) Also its been 2 or 3 months since and there pedicures went up $15. They lady i had left scratches on my legs from how hard she was scrubbing my legs after insulting how hairy they were because i wasnt freshly shaved. Just not the experience i'm used to. Disspointed.

Best salon by far! My last pedi, I had an awful experience with a nail shop that sent me to a toe specialist for infection and ingrown nails. I waited over a month to get my nails done again out of fear. I looked up the best reviewed places in SMC and took a chance on Elegant, and I am sooo happy I did. I saw Mia and she did a phenomenal job on my nails. I’m going on a beach vacation and showed her a picture of beach nails for inspo, and she exceeded my expectations. From the shaping, to the design work, to her care and customer service — there is nobody who could have done better!

This place never fails on exceeding on my expectations, the owners are super friendly as well as all the other staff! This will forever be my go to place since I moved, I’ve never tried any other because they started out with a bang with the Halloween nails!!! If you want cool designs and the best care you have to come here, they will never fail!
