I love this place! Hugo and the staff are very dedicated, and I'm always very satisfied with my manicures and pedicures. The salon is very clean and beautiful, and during the Christmas season, they even give out gifts and sweet wishes. I love this place so much!

Ive been going here for about a year and I love it every time. My go to people are Hannah or Anthony. Everyone is very accommodating, the place is nice and I leave happy every time. Anthony really impressed me with my nails this time. Im inlove with my nails!

This was my third and last visit! First time I got an ombre set of which I loved but I left in pain and bleeding from the tech accidently filing my skin. The tech was nice and apologetic she cleaned me up so I thought nothing of it. Today I asked for a soak off and a new full set. The tech ripped my old acrylic off and ended up pulling my nail off. He seemed as though he was not in the mood to do the job and in a rush because they were playing a game of cards. I would have been fine with the shop saying no and I could have gone elsewhere! My nail was bleeding he had no intentions of cleaning it and attempted to put nail glue over it! I stopped him and asked him to do something about the bleeding. My nail then started throbbing I had to get up and wash my hands I then I asked him to cut down the nails he had already glued on and left! I have never had this bad of service before but for the amount we all pay I would expect better customer service. Now im in a position to wait until my nails heal and find another salon!

Julie is absolutley incredible. The best nail artist I have ever been to the work is incredible and the quality is great they stay on longer than any other set i've ever gotten. I'm not sure why the review score here is so low.
