Honestly, really disappointed in my experience here. I came to get a manicure and pedicure with gel polish. Super simple just solid polish for both- no design. The nail tech that did my pedicure was wonderful, very thorough, and had stellar attention to detail (if this review was only about her it would be 5 stars). Unfortunately, the nail tech that did my manicure had none of these qualities. There was no cuticle care, she rushed, sloppy application, didnt even bother to use nail polish remover to clean up the edges. I paid 115.00 total. My pedicure was 65.00- money well spent. But, 50.00 for a gel manicure that looks like a child painted my nails is a rip-off. Also if you are sick and working please have the decency to wear a mask. This nail tech was coughing and sniffling throughout the service.

I got my nails done here not even a week ago, and they’re already coming off. I booked a pedicure and a manicure to be done and while I was getting my pedicure, they started doing my manicure while I was sitting in the chair for my pedicure. It was uncomfortable to have to reach my arm over my body so they could get my manicure completed while my feet were being done. I felt rushed when there was only one other person in there aside from my friend and I. It was not relaxing. There are many air bubbles in my nails and a lot of imperfections with the polish. A lot of missed area on my nails as well. The same thing with my friend. All of which could have been avoided if they weren’t rushing and could have just done my pedicure and manicure separately. Also, they had a special on their website for Halloween of 10% off a service and the lady tried telling me that was from last year and whoever runs their website had passed away and no one has been able to run the website since. I knew that was untrue because not even a month ago I used the website to book a wax appointment and that promo never showed up like it did last week for Halloween. It’s probably a ploy to get customers in to the salon, and then an excuse to never give the discount on the service. (Mind you, the promo went away right after Halloween). I did not argue at the time and just paid normal pricing (which is way too much in my opinion for the experience I had and given my nails did not even make it a week). ** edit because I cannot respond back to their comment under my review. The owner stated that she “looked into it” but she did not, I brought myself in after no response to my original complaint, and they redid my nails. It was probably one of the most awkward times I’ve ever spent in there, because they were not happy to redo them. There were still imperfections with the new gel nail polish, and it still only lasted about 8 days. They also never addressed all of the other complaints I spoke about. I honestly would never recommend this place.

I’ve been coming here for a couple of months now, and I absolutely love it! I work with my hands in water all day, so my nails usually never last — but B works magic. She always does an amazing job, and every time I bring in a picture, she makes it come to life perfectly. Highly recommend! 💅🏼💕

My first time coming and I got a fancy pedicure package and tried the Gel X nails. Kara perfectly recreated a nail design picture I brought for her to try. She is really good at designs. Hoping it lasts for a while for my vacation. Pedicure was really nice and relaxing. Definitely will be back.

I’ve been going to this nail salon for years and have always had the best experience. They always make sure your nails look perfect and they are just the best people. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a regular spot to get your nails done!!
