Pro-Nails

Service was poor. The nails techs were kind and polite, but the quality of my pedicure and my daughter's was terrible. Gel was just slopped on and cured without a care. Coats of gel were uneven and also the nails. Cuticles weren't even pushed back. After the tech clipped my nails, one of my big toes had a very obvious chunk missing. I could see this from just watching him work. I thought he'd eventually even it out, but he didn't. How could this not be seen while applying color?! My other big toe is missing color on one edge, which i didn't notice until I got home. He did zero inspection when he was finished. My daughter's toes are the sloppy orange ones in pics. I didn't realize what a poor job was done on her toes until we got home. She said her nails were bumpy, so i took a close look and saw what a crappy job that was done. Please stop pretending to be nail techs. This was so expensive! Shame on me for not saying anything at the time, but I didn't want to cause a ruckus and didn't realize how bad it was until we had already left. Shame on PRO Nails for charging outrageous prices for terrible quality service. I had stopped going to nail salons a few years back because of this - consistent poor service, but I wanted to do something fun for my daughter. I've learned my lesson.

Julie did an awesome job on my nails! I wanted something a bit unusual, as you can see by the pictures, and she worked with me to figure out exactly how I wanted them done and did it perfectly. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star rating is because of the price. I only had a fill in, not a full set but was charged $60. Idk, maybe that's about right in this area I just moved here, but I felt like it was kinda steep.

50 $ for nails that weren’t even finished. I asked for a fill in and color change with designs. They couldn’t do the simplest design. He used the electric drill so much he filed all my natural nails down so bad they burned I left without them even painting or adding any top coat and still got charged 50$. Worst customer service ever and some of the worst nails I have ever had done

my nails look great, but the service was terrible and i didn’t even end up getting them painted. i have a very hands on job so my nails were quite beat up. i sat down with the nail tech and she immediately told me that my hands were disgusting and i needed to wash them. i had some remaining black gel i couldn’t get off… which was the “dirt” and dirtiness of my nails. i told her the shape i liked (oval) and she told me that my hands were too fat and I needed a coffin shape to slim them down. “old ladies get oval, young people get coffin” and pretty much did what SHE wanted to do. she was also very rough and would hit my hands if i wasn’t holding them right. in the end she told me that my nails already cost $60 and if i wanted them painted it would be way more and that i needed to “save that money” and implied that it would be too expensive for me. had to go home and fix sharp edges and such myself but they look great now. i just felt humiliated sitting in her chair

This was the first and last time I will be going here! I went in to get a full set and left very unhappy. The guy that did my nails did my nail finished in under 20 minutes and kept stopping to tend to someone else’s nails! These nails are horribly cut, and not to mention when doing my nails he was aggressive with my hands!!! I highly do not recommend going to Pro nails!!!
