Immanuel Beauty Supply and Wigs.

Immanuel is my “go to” place for all of my family’s beauty needs. I love trying new wigs and Diamond is so patient and eager to help. I’m here every week and I always find what I need. It’s set up beautifully and the variety in on point. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this establishment and its staff!

I had an absolutely awful experience at this store. I walked in while finishing a small snack — something I had to do because I’m diabetic. There were no signs anywhere saying you couldn’t eat. The owner told me to “go ahead and finish what you’re eating,” so I did… only for him to refuse service to me immediately following this statement. What kind of customer service is that? It was not only rude, but incredibly inconsiderate of someone with a medical condition. He seemed more concerned with enforcing an unwritten rule than treating people with basic human decency. To make matters worse, they charge extra for using anything other than cash — another sign of poor business practice. I recommend shopping at places like KC Beauty or Sam’s, where the staff is professional, respectful, and they don’t nickel and dime you for using a card. I will absolutely be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and will never return. Do yourself a favor — skip this place.

This place was amazing! Diamond was so helpful and sweet, she helped me pick out the perfect wig for my mom who has been losing her hair after a medically induced coma. I know nothing about wigs and she talked me through it and we looked at some options. She recommended synthetic first, showed me how it should be put on, and gave me helpful info on how best to wear them. The wig she suggested was in my mom’s hair color and was made for her! I was so excited to surprise my mom—she was so happy and felt so pretty when she put it on. It was the perfect color and cut for her! She had the biggest smile I’ve seen in a while and she cried happy tears! My mom can’t wait to go back with me to get a human hair wig and pick one out. I’m so glad I found this place, I will be recommending this to everyone. Thank you Diamond for being the sweetest and helping me! The owner was also so nice and welcoming! I will be a returning customer again and again :)

Not only was the lady working kind, knowledgeable, and offered great service - she knew her stuff! Yesterday I got my hair cut and it was just awefull so I went looking for some new hair! The lady was working alone, but still made time to help this girl out! I appreciate your hard work and the place has a great atmosphere with good sales and products!
