2025-07-02Amazing hairdressers! Cynthia colors and cuts my hair to perfection every time I go. She's the only hairdresser who did the inverse bob I wanted correctly. I always leave that place happy and feeling good about my new look. I change it up every time I go and she never disappoints me. I highly recommend this place, friendly staff and they are extremely knowledgeable about all hair types and styles.

2025-06-28I scheduled a classic spa facial a week and a half prior to the appointment. I had never had a facial and I was extremely excited! I talked about it with everyone and couldn't wait to get this gift. My birthday was the next day. I got several texts confirming the appointment via text. THREE HOURS before the facial, I get a text informing me that she has to cancel, as she is sick. I was stunned. I realize things happen, but she did not offer a real apology, a future discount or anything to make up for the sudden last minute cancellation. As anyone around here knows, it takes a LONG time to get an appointment for nearly anything. I am completely unimpressed and do not plan to offer my business to this individual again. It has been a week and I still haven't gotten that facial...seems like any good customer service does not exist anymore. I am in the service business and I work hard to make my guests as happy as I am able to.
