Wonderful experience! Everyone was so helpful and kind and my stylist did an excellent job on my hair and she was incredibly sweet and understanding! And the price point is affordable and I so appreciate that. I will be back for sure! Thank you!

I absolutely love the staff here! They are all so sweet, was able to teach me something new how to maintain my hair and also were very friendly and supportive! Not to mention my hair looks and feels great! 10/10 both the ladies in there did an absolutely amazing job.

Never written a review in my life. Heather at Supercuts in the strip mall is very deserving of recognition. I live in Augusta and have always gone to Waterville for my haircut, just out of habit for the many years I went there prior to moving back to Augusta. Heather immediately struck up a conversation and was able to keep the conversation through the entire haircut while giving me a great haircut. For a first time coming into a place this is a wonderful first impression. Never have I been to a place where I’ve been able to have a 10 minute conversation, get recommended a place to have a lobster roll and have a couple good laughs. Thank you!

I haven’t been to a hairstylist in decades. But my new job required skills beyond my abilities, and I am extremely happy with the experience and the result. I will add that my kid feels comfortable with the staff as well. So thank you guys keep up the good work.

There was a 30 minute wait which they informed me of. I received a text message that they were ready for me and was taken right away. The stylist was friendly and professional. She asked me how I wanted my hair cut and did a wonderful job!
