Tooth & Nail Tattoo & Piercing

My first time trying Tooth&Nail, i went in yesterday to get my nipple piercings done and the service was great and welcoming, they made sure i was comfortable during my session and was super respectful and informing of how to take care of your piercings afterwards. Overall a great experience! P.S if you get a piercing and is contemplating on getting the cleaning spray they offer there..DO IT i know it’s $15 but it doesn’t directly shoots out and irritate your fresh piercings as a normal solution bottle would, instead it MISTS OUT SOFTLY not hurting your sensitive piercings and cleaning it so it is definitely worth it! ◡̈

Meh… I stopped coming here for piercings years ago, but I forgot why so I tried them out again. I wish I hadn’t. Cool jewelry selection, but can be expensive. They’re okay at piercings but don’t take as much time and care as always necessary to measure, explain, or to talk about after care. I don’t hate tooth and nail and they are reputable, but not where I will be going anymore- I felt I’ve learned my lesson. I have sixteen piercings of all different kinds and have successfully taken care of and healed them all, so I’m not new to this. The atmosphere is at least nice and inviting as are the people who work there. The biggest thing to know is to advocate for yourself. I needed my jewelry upsized from the moment I got the piercing because they didn’t measure or account for swelling. I immediately looked in the mirror and suggested a longer bar to which they said that I indeed needed a longer bar about five seconds after piercing it because I swelled quickly and they changed it. Since then I went back again to get it upsized because it was clearly too short still and they didn’t think it was necessary even though it was beginning to embed into my skin! I had to go somewhere else to get it looked at and changed accurately. I honestly think I’m just going to take it out because it wasn’t pierced how I wanted and ended up causing a lot of unnecessary pain. I have also tried to go on multiple occasions when Google says they are open, but the doors are locked with no notice of that happening or why. I recommend going to see Dan at Zeitgeist in Davenport for piercings instead.

Chad pierced my friend’s and my daith yesterday and it was truly a seamless process. The staff is very friendly and welcoming from the start, helping us sign all necessary paperwork and pick out jewelry. They have a large range of different things - which we loved! When it came to the piercing, Chad makes sure you’re comfortable and is very easy going and kind, making a nerve racking situation not as nerve racking! The piercing took almost no time at all and I felt minimal pain - I attribute this to his YEARS ON YEARS of experience. Would definitely recommend and will be back!

Took our daughter here to get her ears pierced, and the two guys who did it were absolutely phenomenal with her! They made her feel comfortable and at ease the whole time. The shop itself was very clean, the staff was friendly, and the overall service was excellent. Highly recommend!

I got my first cartilage piercing on Wednesday 8/13, for my birthday. I was very comfortable the entire time. They guy who pierced my ear was very kind and walked me through the whole process and explained everything well. The piercing was painless other than the normal slight pinch. Very sanitary the room I was int o get pierced in seemed to be clean as well. 10/10! I will be coming back!
