Signatures Salon and Day Spa

Came in for a 6 pm appt and didnt leave till almost 7:30! Unfortunately after waiting 90 min to have my daughter's hair cut, she left in tears! My daughter asked for a simple cut , right under her shoulders, came out about 6 inches shorter and completely uneven and choppy on one side. The fact it took 90 min to give her that cut is completely outrageous. No layers, no color, just a cut. She is mortified and refuses to go back to have it corrected because she doesn't want it even shorter. I was greeted rudely by the stylist when she came to get my daughter. " OH, it's you again"... and not in a friendly tone. Very off putting. I have only met her 1 other time, so I'm not sure why that was how she chose to greet us. I got a bad feeling when she walked my daughter up to check out as she was very quiet, If she knew it didn't go well it would have been nice to have that conversation then and not have my daughter leave in tears. The entire encounter was extremely awkward and unprofessional

Angel paid close attention to detail when it came to applying and shaping the acrylic but when it came to polishing and design she lacked a ton. My nails are two different colors and the design is not at all what I wanted. Not worth $106!! I took off the polish the day after the appointment!

First time doing a hydro facial and glad I did. Lily explained the process and answered all questions. She was thorough and the process was painless. Thank you!

Love the welcoming and warm atmosphere as well as the kindness and welcoming that their salon has when you are visiting will continue business with these wonderful ladies it's definitely a recommendation

I can't say enough good things about this salon and Day spa. All of this out there are very friendly. If you're looking for someone to give you a pedicure and manicure I would call and ask for Angel. She is the absolute best and she has a lot of experience. The owner is top notch and he runs a very very nice clean business.
