The entire team was welcoming, and the atmosphere felt so inviting the moment I walked in. I’ll be honest, I had some anxiety from not-so-great experiences at other salons in the past, but Emerson immediately put me at ease. She was so kind, compassionate, and genuinely made me feel seen and comfortable. The wash room was such a treat, so relaxing that it became one of my favorite parts of the visit. Emerson listened carefully to what I wanted, and the end result was spot-on, exactly what I had envisioned. I left feeling refreshed, confident, and like a whole new woman. I’ve been to many salons, but nothing compares to this experience. I truly can’t wait to come back!
