Salon Bliss

I surprised my sister with a birthday haircut at Salon Bliss, and unfortunately the experience was really disappointing. When I booked the appointment, the receptionist was incredibly helpful and friendly. She walked me through everything and even made sure the gift card was saved behind the desk — I really appreciated that part. But once my sister arrived for her appointment, things went downhill. She ended up waiting almost an hour past her scheduled time to be seen. This was her first time at the salon, and she was really hoping for some guidance or suggestions from the stylist. Instead, the stylist offered no input at all, which made her feel uncomfortable and unsure about moving forward with a real haircut or style. She ended up just getting a basic trim — something she could’ve gotten anywhere. I don’t know if they were just super busy that day, because I’ve been to Salon Bliss before and have always been satisfied with my services. That’s why I chose it for her birthday — I really expected a better experience. I feel awful that she left disappointed, and I hope the salon takes this feedback to improve things for future clients.

My review is for myself, my daughter and her two best friends from childhood. We all had blow-outs on a busy Saturday morning ahead of my daughter's wedding reception party. Before this, we were so worried about being finished and ready on time for the party. The salon is adorable, we were all taken promptly, and everything went so smoothly. We all loved our beautiful hairstyles, and everyone at the salon was so nice! Happy Holidays!

Victoria did a very nice job on my haircut and is very personable. Olga did a fantastic pedicure and recognized I didn’t want chit chat and just wanted quiet. Very relaxing. Enjoyed both services. Didn’t give 5 stars because the facility was chaotic, noisy and it wasn’t clear to me who I needed to talk to when I walked in. This was my first visit.

I actually had a very nice experience with my haircut, but then I decided to also purchase a Christmas candle they had. I was told to call in the next day because there was a sale starting the next day so that’s what I did….I ordered over the phone. I paid for over the phone as well and I never heard from them again. Yesterday I called them to find out what happened with my candle as they totally forgot to contact me. I was informed they no longer had any of the candles, and they evidently didn’t set one aside for me even though I paid for it already. This is very disappointing. They should’ve held a candle for me and set it aside. The person I spoke to gave me a deal on two of the smaller candles and they’re fine but that’s not really what I wanted as a gift for my sister and so again I’m disappointed. I might go back for a haircut in the future, but I don’t think I’ll ever buy an item from their gift shop area again. Unfortunately, it speaks to their follow-through regarding customer satisfaction and service.

Love Salon Bliss I've been a loyal customer for almost a year now. They have everything you need in one place. Sadie does a great job and really cares about your satisfaction, I always get compliments after she does my hair. Dina does my nails and they always look perfectly manicured when she does her magic. Everyone is kind and warm highly recommend.
