Beautiful Nails Waukegan

Love love love the new shop! I’ve been going to Vince on and off for a year and some change now but recently have been going consistently because he grows my naturals nails out so well with his techniques! Vince himself is great wonderful attention to detail and he has his hands in everything involved with the shop! He makes you feel like a VIP with every service! Most everyone there is super friendly and helpful very knowledgeable of their craft! Today was my first time getting a gold mist pedi at the new location and I am in love! With being a stay at home mom I love going to the salon to recalibrate and this experience allowed to unwind and relax! You also get a complimentary drink with your gold mist pedicure service and it was so delicious 10/10! I don’t remember the young team members name that did my pedicure but I’ve had him before and just love working with him as well! All around wonderful shop!

I had such a great experience at this nail salon! The staff were super welcoming from the moment I walked in. They offered me a drink while I got my nails done, which made the whole appointment feel extra relaxing. My tech was gentle, detailed, and really took her time to make sure everything was perfect. The salon is clean, cozy, and has a really calm atmosphere. I’ll definitely be coming back again!

So I went in for a color change and ended up getting another fill in since my nails were already beginning to look bad after a week. I like the nails but what got me is the fact that I was charged $15 for for curved French tip which I never been charged for before and then I heard them offer a discount for government employees (that I work with) and when I asked for the same thing the told me they don’t offer one. When I got my pedicure I also asked the woman if she could fix the the curve in my big toe because the guy that did them last time shaped it wrong (Which I didn’t notice until I got home but I was too lazy to go back) and it was noticeable now that my nails have grown and she told me she did. After repeating twice that I could still see it. I just said forget it and that I will fix it myself. I dont know if it’s because Wen is out of town rt now, or what. But I have been coming here since I have moved here and I think today is my last day.

My daughter came home very happy!! Her nails came out so beautiful!! Thank you, she will definitely be back!!

Vince was amazing! I showed him inspiration pictures for ~5 seconds and he combined ideas from two of them into this beautiful set. Ran a bit behind schedule getting my appointment started, but did fantastic work, was very efficient, and very personable. I will definitely be back!
