2025-10-08I started going here consistently last year after my mom had been a loyal customer since pre-covid, eventually took up her regular nail artist, MyMy, as well. Customer service here is amazing, and prices are reasonable. I get compliments on my set every time I get a new one, I’m obsessed with their cateye polishes! I haven’t had a nail ever break since I started going to MyMy, even when I go a little longer between fills! Love love love this place, even heard from a friend who’s loyal to another Gunree nail spot this place is her backup because they’re so good :)

2025-07-267/26/25 Update: I had Thomas today and he is an artist!!!! Seriously, customer service is a big thing here. They care! Edited 1/20/2025: I returned for a manicure on my own and they remembered my name! I’m definitely a return customer now! I had an appointment for a pedicure for myself. My 8 year old wanted to tag along (which made me nervous). They immediately noticed her and asked if she would like to join. This was her first pedicure and an amazing experience for us both. We have already scheduled our return visit.

2025-08-30My pedicure was great. Unfortunately my manicure was a waste of money. Within 2 days the top coat of my dip gel manicure was peeling. I went in and got them "fixed" same thing 2 days later. Roughly 1 week later and my nails have started coming off. The pictures are from a week and a half later. Biggest waste of money and I'm highly disappointed.

2025-11-20Update 11/20: three of my nails broke off not even a week after. I’ve never had this happen before and especially with dip given they are a new set each time. I did a walk-in and was seated right away for a dip and pedi. Everyone was very friendly and the salon is beautiful - I came in a few times years ago and they have made major cosmetic improvements since then! I wouldn’t hesitate to return in the future if I was in the area.
