ok so I've been going here for literally a couple months now don't get me wrong I've had no issues up until the last two times I've came. I got the white French and polka dots and it came out great however I was left with a tremendous amounts of cuts along my cuticles and I let the lady know and she just shrugged it off and I mentioned it again as it was quite literally bleeding From how deep the cut was. 2nd time being today October 15th one it took them 2 hours just to get the tips and acrylic on my fingers I walked in at 11:22 left around 3 ish. I showed the designs and didn't see anything wrong until she started doing my middle finger which I didn't like the color used for the letter so I told her and she went ahead and changed it and I didnt see anything wrong until I looked closely and their was chrome smeared under it as in under the letter. I proceeded to tell her if she can fix that and she said it in a tone of like she doesn't feel like doing it so obviously as a teenager that's gonna rub off the wrong way and I think that will to anyone and she goes to tell well than im gonna have to restart all of it and I responded to her we can just do the same thing as my pinky finger as it has another design and she proceeds to repeat herself in an annoyed tone so I had just told its fine just leave it because she's complaning that I don't like ON MY NAILS. continues and I go to pay and again I've been her multiple times and I've never paid more than 70-85 she checks me out its 110.00 dollars I was honestly just wanted to leave and I left with an unsatisfied overcharged nail set.

⭐ 0 Star if possible I had an extremely disappointing experience at this salon. I came in for a dip manicure, and left with my nails absolutely ruined. The technician filed my nails down so aggressively that they are now as thin as paper—weak, brittle, and painful to the touch. It feels like my natural nails were completely destroyed. To make matters worse, the nail polish used was clearly old and thick, making the finish look lumpy and uneven. I pointed it out, instead of fixing the issue, she started filing again! It only made things worse. Then another technician came over to “help,” but honestly, it just turned into more of a disaster. I do not recommend this place if you care about the health of your nails or expect decent customer service. I will not be coming bac My Nails didn’t last even 24 hours….. Absolutely disaster

I've only been twice so take with a grain of salt. Staff is really nice, and they do a great job on the manicure itself. But if you do just regular polish, they rush and the polish usually looks pretty mediocre. Sloppy top coat, rushing to move onto more expensive clients.

best nails i’ve ever gotten done. they’re perfect and Liz was very gentle. They didn’t take super long to do and very flawless.

This was my first time coming. Loved the attention to detail. They were very nice. I loved it that they weren’t speaking along themselves as I sometimes feel at other places that they’re talking of us. Leo was very friendly and answered all my questions.
