Simply Nails Spa

This place was recommended to me by a coworker, and I decided to try it out back in April. Been a repeat customer ever since. The interior is not the most high end, but still kept clean and relatively tidy. None of that really matters though, because the service provided makes up for what is lacking in aesthetics. Kelly is simply THE BEST - very friendly and quick with her service. Even though there’s a language barrier, we both try our best to communicate with one another and she is always willing to try out new things. She matches the designs to inspo-photos perfectly, which is an amazing skill. Her line work and creative mind is so wonderful, and I always leave incredibly pleased with my acrylic sets. I’ll continue to be Kelly’s client for a long time, and have recommended this place to friends!!

I did a regular manicure and pedicure yesterday. Tina spent 2 hrs. doing my manicure and my pedicure. My pedicure was more labor intensive than usual because I had 2 in-grown toenails which removed on both of my big toes. She cleaned up my toenails and was very meticulous. My manicure was a little challenging because my nails were in bad shape from getting a dip powder manicure for over 6 mos. Tina worked really hard on my pedicure and my manicure. She was very sweet, pleasant and professional. I tipped her extra money because she spent 2 hrs. with me and was not able to help any other clients. She was very humble. I will be returning to Simply Nails and requesting Tina as my nail technician. Thank you!

I’ve been going here for almost a year now I’ve always seen Kelly and she does a wonderful job I always want some random things and she delivers every time. She’s the only person that has continuously shaped my nails correctly. Everyone is very friendly there but I just love my girl Kelly!!!

I come here whenever I get with my girl friend who likes this place. However, every time I’ve gone, it just doesn’t feel as clean or as good as I’ve experienced at other salons. I usually get gel and sometimes have to get tips. This time I had to get a few acrylic tips. But it didn’t last one week. I don’t know if I’d go back. I was in a hurry because of the amount of time it was taking to get my precious nails taken off. So I missed the spots that were left uneven and not covered. The coats look uneven and not great. My cuticles weren’t even addressed.

Don’t come here. I’ve been coming for years. Susan + the owner (Zoey) have a really bad attitude problem. I had an issue and they are money hungry to not even credit back. I spent 4.5 hours here total with 3 trips for repairs in 24 hours. I get pedi + fills every 3 weeks. I regret giving them my business and sharing this location with friends + family. I will definitely let my people know to not come here anymore and warn everyone else how they run their business. Very shady and not grateful to their loyal clients. 👎👎
