2025-09-20I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. I came in for a no-chip manicure, and the results were sloppy and rushed. There was polish left on my actual fingers, my nails were filed very roughly, and there’s really no shape to them at all. The nail tech seemed to be in a hurry the entire time, which made me feel anxious instead of relaxed. For the price of a no-chip, I expected much more care and attention to detail. Unfortunately, I won’t be coming back.

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this one really didn’t meet even the basic expectations. I asked the technician, Jack, to fix my big toe because it didn’t look right, but he just said he had done his best and that it couldn’t be fixed — no effort to improve it or offer any solution. I found that very disappointing, especially since I was just asking for a simple correction. I’m leaving this review along with some photos to show exactly what went wrong — I hope it helps others make an informed decision.
