I had a follow up appointment from the week before because I decided that I needed more taken off my length. Elisha was more than accommodating and didn't even charge me for the adjustment to my cut. She is THE best stylist that I have ever been to. You're not just getting your hair done, you are also getting a wealth of helpful information based on your particular hair type and needs. I don't even know where to start! Elisha provides 5 star treatment from the first moment you reach out, and it only gets better from there! Before she even works on your hair she likes to do a consultation to go over your hair type and what you're looking for. Because I do not live close we had the consultation via phone. That was new for me and I was already impressed. I didn't feel rushed and she listened intently to my fears and frustrations. I've had at least 5 different attempts with different stylists who just couldn't get it right; not even close. The last girl FRIED my hair, forcing me wait 2 years just to get it grown out some. I was able to make my appt via her website; very nice and easy! I got to her shop for my appt, and boy! What a cute set up and Elisha was so warm and welcoming. Elisha is an empathetic listener and takes her time to understand. She explains EVERYTHING she is going to do. That too was new for me. I told her I trusted her, but she insisted she explain her method and why she was doing what she was doing. I felt so at ease. She took her time getting to know my hair, the issues I had due to damage and how she was going to make it pretty again. I could not have asked for anything better! She is my new girl and I'm so excited to have found someone who gets me and most importantly, my hair! (I was going to upload photos, but they aren't sending to my laptop)

Sierra was wonderful. She did an excellent job with my highlights. She was informative and took the time to ask questions, listen and be sure I was happy with my overall experience. Great vibe with this salon, I will be a repeat customer!

I scheduled the new client consultation with Sierra, she was absolutely wonderful. I have wavy hair and it’s difficult to get it cut to so it lays natural. She made that happen. Sierra does a lot of teaching. She definitely seems to enjoy what she’s doing.
