This place is VERY expensive and the gel manicure didn't even last FOUR days!!! I originally came in for a gel polish change with French tips. l asked for hard gel but the girl completely forgot and just did regular gel. She kept convincing me to do chrome (extra $15) and told me it would look pretty with the French tips so I caved and let her do it. To be honest, I hated the chrome French nail look because it looked tacky and too shiny : ( I paid over $80 (!!!!) with tip for a gel manicure that barely lasted 4 days. On the 5th day the corners were all lifting and chipping and looking really bad. It looked like a kid did my nails. I called and they let me come back and offered to fix it. But even after they redid a few nails.... they were chipping and lifting after a few days AGAIN! This was the most expensive manicure I have ever paid for... and i have never had a gel manicure that fell apart this fast either!! Usually my gel manicures last over 2-3 weeks easily. Amazing nails! So well done… the attention to detail is superb and my experience with Hannah was super nice. She was guiding me through a new set of nails( style). I so recommend it this place!

I’ve been here a few times and was relatively content but this time around I was so disappointed with the service and outcome of my nails. For context, I got a gel manicure w/ French tip & solid color gel pedicure & my total came out to $108 without tip + a 10% discount. I think the tech doing my manicure was the manager and/or owner, and I was so disappointed at her attitude and service. My manicure is so uneven & even before curing my nails in the machine, I pointed out that my nails weren’t painted all the way on the sides and she said she was going to file down the sides so it was fine — it was not fine. Even after “shaving” them down, this is what they look like. I also showed her my French set from before and asked her to do a thicker curved French but she raised her voice saying to look at my nails - I didn’t understand what she meant and I said that these were photos of my personal nails that I had gotten done from them previously. I asked her politely if she could make it thicker and she raised her voice again and I just left it at that because she wasn’t being accommodating and I knew there wasn’t going to be a solution. Already some lifting at the bottom of my nails because of how far down she painted and my cuticles aren’t cleanly done, I had some skin on the side of my nail she didn’t cut well so I had to cut at home afterwards. The tech doing my pedicure was incredibly nice and had great customer service but looking at the end result, one of my nails were uneven/bumpy and I asked her why that was and she mentioned that I had a crack, but she didn’t mention this to me at all and I had no idea it was cracked to begin with. If she had told me, I would’ve asked her to fix it and pay for the additional fee so that it wasn’t evident post nail polish. She didn’t offer any solution so I just dismissed it as I didn’t want to stay any longer. My previous visit, the receptionist gave me a coupon pamphlet which I brought to use this visit & for some odd reason, today’s receptionist said she could apply the 10% discount but had to take the rest of the coupons because there was no expiration date written on it and I won’t be allowed to use it - so odd that they would provide coupons and then take it away. Receptionist prior didn’t say anything about expiration and didn’t even write an expiration date on it. FYI, they charge $5 for gel removal even if your previous set/nails were done at their salon so that tacked on an additional $10; so if you’re planning on coming to this salon, just know that their prices are a higher than the base written. Also they offer 5% off discounts for 5 star reviews so take all reviews with a grain of salt.

This was my first time at this salon, and I had a great experience. The service was kind and efficient from start to finish. Helen did my nails and was so helpful in picking out the perfect color I was looking for. She was gentle and paid close attention to detail, which I really appreciated. It was nice to just sit and relax in peace. The salon itself is very clean and has a calm, welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend it! I got Gel X nails.
