First time customer and I was so pleasantly impressed by the level of customer service and care given by everyone from the beginning when I walked in and was greeted to my technician Emily who did a phenomenal job on my nails just based on the picture I showed her and Tammy who did my pedicure. Tammy was gentle and caring while also putting the perfect pressure when needed. I also brought my 7 year old daughter who has sensory issues and she was in excellent hands with Maria who was so patient with her. I couldn’t ask for better service and I will be coming back as a repeat customer! Oh, and I was checked out by the owner who made sure to verify the services received and asked to make sure I was happy with it as well.
