2025-08-08HONEST & GENUINE! I initially didn’t have the best results however when I voiced it to the manager (Lucy) she was very understanding and acknowledged the work wasn’t the best. She had EXCELLENT customer service and offered to get me a whole new set with one of her best nail techs (Annie) she did my nails and they are BEAUTIFUL. I rarely get my nails done but best believe this is the only place I will come now. This is a business worth supporting!! Go tell my girls Lucy and Annie hi :)

2025-07-10Disclaimer: I haven’t had my nails done in yeeeeaarrrsss! Went to another salon a few weeks ago and got my first “SNS” set. Today: Omg! Found my new salon! Went in early to ask abt prices, because you never know. Then I set up an appointment to come back later after work. It was quiet when I returned and I received the most “catered to” care. I went in for SNS and a pedicure. I thought I requested collagen which I thought was the $32 pedicure. I also needed to remove my old SNS (which I found out that the previous salon put colored acrylic on my nails). As I was getting this ahhhhmazing pedicure from David, I was thinking to myself “take all of my money because this feels amazing!” Katie was so patient and kind. Both my nails and feet came out beautifully! $125 later plus $20 tip! It was absolutely worth it! However, this was a splurge for me. Be sure you select the right pedicure! 😂 I will definitely be back! Wonderful place!

2024-07-26My mom and I love Queen Nails. The staff are super friendly and we have gotten consistently great service (manis and pedis). I have had a variety of gel manicures, with and without chrome powder, and the manicures last a looong time! One of my favorite gel manicures was the USA colors for 4th of July. The nail techs are so fun to talk to and remember us when we go, asking about things we mentioned at earlier visits. 😊

2025-07-22I went on a monday around 2 pm and received excellent service. I got pink and white sns and a gel french pedicure as well as an eyebrow wax. It totaled about $130, not including tip. The staff was professional, and the salon was clean. On my pedicure, the woman redid the thin white strip on my big toe three times because she knew it looked off– I didn’t have to say anything, which I appreciated. Even with that attention to detail, service was fast. I was in and out in about an hour. I don’t get my nails done often and they made me feel very pampered and taken care of. Anytime I need my nails done going forward, it’s gotta be here!
