Unique Nails Roswell is the only salon I trust with my nails. Vince is pretty much my nail husband, and his wife Cindy is just as amazing. I tried countless salons before finding them, and no one compares. They’re one of the few salons that specialize in color acrylic and always rise to the challenge with creative designs. Their pricing is fair, and they truly stand by their work. if you communicate, they’ll always make it right. Vince nails the shape every single time (chef’s kiss), and as you can see from my photos, I’m not the easiest customer, but he always delivers. This salon may not be the fanciest, but the quality and service are unmatched. My sets consistently last 3-4 weeks, which says it all. A true diamond in the rough.

My manicure from this salon was absolutely stunning and long-lasting! The technician was incredibly sweet , ensuring each nail was perfectly shaped and polished. I highly recommend them !

Michelle and Jailyn were amazing! Jalen did my mom’s nail and Michelle did mine. They made conversation and laughed with us during the entirety of our appointment. Not to mention Michelle checked if I was pleased with the progress as she was going! Definitely give here a chance!🥰🩷🩷

This was hands down the worst nail salon experience I’ve ever had. I walked in asking for a regular polish manicure with French tips and a gel pedicure. I made it clear multiple times, before and during the appointment, that I wanted regular polish for the manicure. Despite this, the tech started applying gel polish without saying a word. I showed a reference photo at the start, but the manicure looked nothing like it. I had to keep asking her to fix it, and it still wasn't close. When I pointed out the wrong polish was being used, she finally checked with the manager, who informed me, after the fact, that they “only do gel French tips.” The tech who did my pedicure was actually preparing to do my French tips with regular polish until I asked her for gel, so I know they were being dishonest here. That crucial detail was never communicated when I initially asked for the service. At that point, I told them I didn’t want the gel manicure because it wasn’t what I asked for and looked terrible. Instead of handling the situation professionally, the manager began yelling, cussing, and cutting me off any time I tried to explain. He was aggressive, rude, and completely unprofessional. To make things worse, my nail shape was completely butchered. The filing was uneven, crooked and sloppy. My cuticles look terrible. I left without my manicure finished, which they still had me pay for. The photos I posted are how they left my nails, vs the inspiration pictures I showed them. This place is unskilled, dishonest, and downright abusive in how they treat customers. I wouldn’t recommend this salon to anyone unless you’re looking to waste your time, your money, and leave angrier than you walked in. UPDATE: It’s truly disappointing, though not surprising, that the salon chose to double down with such a condescending and defensive response rather than taking accountability. First, I was extremely clear from the moment I walked in that I wanted a regular French manicure, not gel. I reiterated this multiple times throughout the appointment. At no point did anyone tell me they only offer French tips in gel until my manicure was already halfway done with the wrong product. That’s not “agreeing to the service”—that’s deception or incompetence. Second, the statement that my nails were “too short” for French tips is completely false. My nails were fairly long when I walked in (before the appointment), and I showed a picture of exactly what I wanted, and the length of my nails was never mentioned as an issue until after I complained. The truth is the technician did a poor job and the shape and filing were extremely uneven. Third, your manager’s behavior was completely unprofessional. He yelled, talked over me, and escalated the situation instead of listening to my concerns. Your response here—belittling us, using all caps to shout “IS THAT CLEAR,” and ending with a passive-aggressive smiley face—only further proves how little you care about customer experience. Lastly, to suggest that I was looking for “free nails for a wedding” is insulting. I wasn’t asking for anything free—I was simply refusing to pay for a service I explicitly said I didn’t want and that was done incorrectly. There’s nothing “ridiculous” about expecting basic respect, skill, and honesty from a nail salon. Your response speaks volumes about how you run your business, and I hope others read it carefully before deciding to go here.
