Nail Premier Spa

Do NOT go here! My four daughters have been begging to go to a nail salon forever. For Christmas, I decided to treat them to their first nail salon visit ever. I also got a gel manicure. We got a total of 5 gel manicures and 4 pedicures. It came out to over $180. They had no polish on their fingers when they arrived originally to the salon. We were so excited when we left and I told them we may have found our new "treat" place for special occasions. However, all that quickly changed. Within 12 hours of getting their nails done, one of my daughters had the gel nail polish come completely off of five of her fingers. My daughter returned to the salon as soon as they opened the next day. They told us that the nail polish could not have something wrong with it and stated "It was probably put on wrong". After much arguing, they "fixed" her nails. Within another 10 hours, her gel nail polish had come off again. We went back to the salon as soon as they opened back up. They supposedly "fixed" it again. This was now the third visit in three days to the nail salon for them to fix her nails. Sadly, all five of our nails showed defects in the workmanship of this salon with the next few hours. Here are just a few of the pictures. We originally had them done midday on 12/21/2023. These defects all had happened by the morning of 12/24/2023! Even after 3 visits, they clearly did NOT fix the issue. This is unacceptable for gel polish that should last a minimum of 2-3 weeks. Don't waste your time or money. You won't get quality work, a refund, or even an apology from this salon. Thanks for ruining my daughters' Christmas present and causing added stress.

I love getting my nails done here!! My best friend and i meet to get our nails done every other week and we SWEAR by this place. Ask for Maria 😍 she’s my girl.

I love to go there. Everybody is nice and respectful, I am a very picky person, and when in not happy with something they fix it. They are very professional. Starting with the owner Mrs. Lan and passing for all the team. Maria Is amazing with my feet and Omg Nick nail it with my manicure 100% recommend. My daughter and my husband like it as well For my wedding, they made a special and kind gesture and they put my country's flag perfectly on my nail

I went there yesterday and had my hands and feet done by two separate people. My hands came out great. The man that did them took time and executed them perfectly. The woman that did my toes did not do a good job at all half of my pinky toe is not painted and the rest of the toes look as if I could’ve done the job, she did not do a good job scrubbing the bottom of my feet and getting all the skin off there is still dead skin on both of my feet and the edges around my toes just look like not a lot of care was taken and doing them My hands were done so well that poor on toes was really disappointing, and will likely not be going back there

Stopped in today without reading reviews out of convenience and was so happily surprised! I got the Deluxe Pedicure with Gel Polish, and my toes looks and feel great! The massage was so much better than where I have previously gone.
