Cecret Garden Luxury Nail Spa

I’ve been coming here for a couple months now. I have nail fill every two weeks and pedicure once a month. When I walk in the door I’m always greeted by name and Mary comes to personally take me to her station. The service she provides is above any of had in the past. Mary always asks for my nail design, if I’d like something to drink. Mary is quick but always extremely thorough. I appreciate Mary taking the time to talk with me and ask if I like the color or design. She is great! My post is referring to Mary 2.

Pedicure was very nice, I got the volcanic treatment. The ladies were also very friendly to my infant son who was just a wiggly worm. I got acrylics and it wasn't the best job. I showed her an inspiration photo and I appreciate her effort but it did not look like a very neat job. I have acrylic under my nails and even more but I was able to get most of it out. There are bubbles in the clear coat. I know there is a no refund policy but I would have appreciated if she was honest and said she could not do the design I had in mind. My husband paid so I didn't know how much both services were but after I left. I realized I had paid $100 for these acrylics.

LOVE this place. I typically see Peter and he’s always so accommodating and willing to do any design I bring to him and he always KILLS IT. The staff here is so nice, talented, and professional. It’s a fun environment and very worth every penny i spend. My nails always last so long and look amazing. I never want to go anywhere else!

Yikes! Beware of who tries to attempt to do your nail design. I love this place and have had many services here. I went in today for a fill, design and pedicure. Everything was great until it came to the design I wanted. It was obviously not a design that she could do, and I wish she or anyone there would have said that. Instead she attempted the design 3 times, until I threw in the towel. No one came to help, assist or take over to do it correctly and the place was by no means busy. At least 5-6 people were not doing nails at the time. Instead, I felt bad and just paid and left. The poor girl really tried, but it was not something her skill level could conquer. She was extremely sweet. Please! In the future, just tell the customer that you can’t do the design and you can get someone to do it for you. I will be very specific and picky from now on. Following up on this, as I went back a few days later to get a new design. They knew who I was right away. I respect a business that stays on top of their reviews. Asked lots of questions about my new design. A few people checked in on me multiple times to make sure I was happy. When I went to pay they told me I could not, and they apologized for what happened with the first design. I explained that she really tried hard to get it right. They agreed that she should have alerted someone to help. Either way, new design made right by a salon I will continue to visit. Thank you for making it right!

Mary 2 is literally the best! She’s so great at what she does. I always have a great experience while I’m there. She always makes my nails better than I even imagined. She works with any photo I show her and it always comes out perfect every time. I love her creativity!
