I don’t think they speak good English and could understand you, which is a big problem when you try to communicate with them. Or they pretended they don’t understand you, so they could avoid problems. The most important thing is the woman grazed my finger with an unclear drill that you could see many nail dust on it. It was my first nail experience, but I guess my finger wasn’t supposed to be hurt, right… There was a customer came back and complained about the nail. She asked for a refund politely and the owner just simply said “No.” The customer asked “are you gonna to do something for it or fix it, and she just ignore her.” A very poor customer service.

Horrible. Everytime its something. Came here twice . The first time she messed up eye brows. 2 months later came back and ask for french pedicure. Beside the guy not understanding English so he cant understand what color i want then he shakes alot when painting. Not to mention, she is the only one who works here so she spreads herself very thin. Stop services on you just do another customer.. she’s very rude The guy painted my nail polish is too thick and when I told him that was too thick, she’s was saying it was too late to take it off told I’m not paying for what I don’t want. I’m still in the shop and haven’t left so we need to fix it. Because they don’t speak English, so well, I even tried using a translator app, but they don’t want to tell me what language they speak so they ignore you on purpose to pretend they dont understand

Extremely unprofessional. however the shaping was good but when i went to get my french tip he didn’t do a good job. i proceeded to tell him to make them thicker but did not understand what i was saying. he finished using the alcohol on me and poured it back into the bottle. After completing my french tip he got up and burped very loud and didn’t say anything. It made me feel like i wasted my time and money being here.

If you pay with a card, she is going to add her own tip. I asked for a refund of $200 that she falsified on her own as a tip and when I asked she shew me away with her hands and said, "no you left tip" I had to call police on her and show them receipts for her stealing $200 and rewriting a receipt and false, claiming it to be a tip that I left. I wouldn't recommend spending your money with these thieves. Police said best decision was to take her to court over the proof since she lied when the cops showed up and said that it was a mistake, that she thought I really left her a $200 tip after forst telling me no she wasn't going to give me my money back when the cops weren't there. I wouldn't recommend spending your money with these thieves. She was very unprofessional and really tried to be sneaky stealing and faslifying my receipt
