I went in really excited because the atmosphere was nice and quiet, and I had an appointment. However, things quickly felt rushed, which confused me since there were only like three people in the salon. When we started on the acrylic set, one of the fake nails wasn’t sticking down, so she yanked it off and reapplied it with glue, which hurt. I’m used to fast nail services, but this just felt uncomfortable. Things got worse when she started applying the acrylic. I asked for short square nails, but the acrylic was stuck to my skin, and instead of being careful, she was pulling at my cuticles and skin to try and separate it. It hurt, and I’ve never had anything like this happen before. She was filing my nails super quickly, and it was painful, with the filing actually touching my skin. After I told her it hurt, she was more aware, but by then, I was already frustrated. The airbrushed design looked great, but when she added the top coat, she rushed through it. Some nails weren’t fully coated, and some had blobs from it settling in the UV light. For $70, I wasn’t expecting perfection, but I did expect a lot more care. I ended up with bits of acrylic under my nails and the square shape didn’t look right. I like the design, but honestly, I don’t think it was worth the price. I give this place 2 stars because I do feel like they mean well, but overall, I was really disappointed by the service I received.

I had such great time!! Twee the owner made the experience amazing! Twee has infectious personality. I laughed and relaxed at the same time. My nails came out amazing. My son enjoyed his pedicure. The prices are fair and specific.. You know what your paying for. The atmosphere was relaxing, clean and simply stylish!! I can't wait to go back

NAILcessity is a wonderful,clean, professional nail salon. They offer many services at reasonable prices. The atmosphere is always fun and relaxing. The staff are warm and courteous,oh and did I mention talented and creative. I highly recommend this wonderful salon! The NAILcessity team are outstanding. Been with these talented nail artists since before they opened their own place. Relaxed atmosphere that is entertaining and welcoming, regulars know each other and everyone is chatty. Quinn is always up for whatever challenge I throw her way and my nails always look unique and gorgeous! The pedicure team (especially the Mom’s 💕) always remember my preferences on scent, length and temp. 💫💫💫

She always takes her time with my Gel Builder and Pedicure appointments and never rushes through anything.
