Unfortunately, this has been the worst nail salon experience I’ve had in Lawrenceville. I’ve visited several times hoping for better service, but it’s consistently disappointing. During my visit, the receptionist argued with me instead of listening to my concern and then spoke negatively in another language. The lack of professionalism is unacceptable, and I wouldn’t recommend this salon to others.

I’ve been a customer of Professional Nails for several years. The two services I get are pedicures and facials. I get basic pedicures as I don’t like gel, or acrylic. The techs do good jobs on my feet. Gigi does the facials and she does an excellent job. She will give an analysis of your skin and sometimes suggests certain products that she herself uses. But no pressure to buy any products. The facials include scalp and neck/ shoulder massages as well. She’s very thorough and your skin feels refreshed and moisturized after the treatment. I can highly recommend this salon

When I say this place is out of this world, it is not an exaggeration. I’ve been getting my nails done for years and this is the first shop that I am proud to come back to. You’re always greeted with a warm welcome, I have yet to wait to be seen, and I always get exactly what I ask for. Heni is an all-star, this young lady is gentle and diligent with her work. I got a manicure along with wax and I felt like a million bucks working out the door without even coming close to breaking the bank. Shout out to the young lady who works the desk also, she definitely adds to the experience.

I have went to this place for YEARS. Every time I come here, I always have a good experience. Kimchi did an amazing set today, and I get a bunch of compliments on my nails. The staff is always nice. If I’m not getting my nails. I get my pedicures done regularly and they always look great too! Go get your nails done at Professional Nail & Spa!
