The most wonderful nail experience I’ve EVER had. i haven’t had my nails professionally done in at least 2 years, so I was overwhelmed by the options all around Athens. This salon was recommended on Reddit and had nice reviews so I booked an appointment, and I was scheduled for the following day! When I arrived I was a little intimidated and ready to spend well over $100. Tristan took wonderful care of me, I wanted a specific look for my elopement party and he tested multiple different finishes for me to choose from. We had wonderful light conversation, but I get a little socially anxious and he was more than accommodating of me using my airpods to listen to a podcast. I got a manicure, with a full set, a color, and a shimmer finish. All in all, it took about an hour and the end price was only $70! (before cash tip) I will definitely be coming back and recommending to friends. Wonderful atmosphere and wonderful staff!

I made a late appointment due to work. I am going on vacation next week and only had a chance to get my nails done yesterday as I am on call for work the next 5 days before I leave. I show up and the guy doing my nails ask what color. I showed him an inspiration picture and he told me no, it's too late for that many colors and designs. I compromised and found a different picture. The color is waaay more pale then I would like, nor did he do my accent nail the way I wanted. On top of this, he asked me what shape I wanted, I told him square with rounded edges, he argued with me telling me that almond shape would look better. I finally gave up and let him do what he wanted. My nails are absolutely atrocious, I hate them. My accent nail was supposed to at least have starfish on them, and they look like regular stars with dots on them. Then, he asked what color on my toes, and I told him to match the pink on my nails, then I said no never mind just do a shimmery white. They ended up putting plain white on my toes. They did not care about what I wanted, they just were in a rush to get the job done and me out of there. I am EXTREMELY upset. I spent way too much money for a horrible job and service. Also added my inspiration pictures and what I got. Update: I was called by the owner to come in to have my nails redone. He was very apologetic about the service I received. I got a whole new set by Phoebe who did a PHENOMENAL job. Very grateful that Peter cares about the job his staff does and corrected their mistake. I had a great experience when I went back.

I called over the phone to get an estimate before I came in and was told about 75-80 dollars for square with designs. I was fully expecting to spend at max 100-115. After the service I was told it was 130 not including tip and was very disappointed especially since my nails didn’t look much like how I wanted them to and felt it was very over priced. I was left with my cuticles peeling and hanging. Not a very good first experience here.

Got my nails done today for my wedding this weekend and I am very very impressed! They turned out just like the reference photo I provided. The facility was very clean and the ambience was inviting. The customer service was great too. I highly recommend!

Nail salon was comfortable and clean. They were out of the color I initially chose, but did a great job finding a near identical replacement. I asked for my SNS manicure to be thin and Tim did a great job doing exactly what I asked. I was very happy with the look of my nails when I left.
