I will absolutely be coming here again!! The service was amazing and the staff were so nice. I was greeted as I came in and leaving. They were super sanitary and the place is spotless. I did builder gel with a cat eye design. I told the nail tech I wanted a galaxy cat eye for Halloween theme and he did fantastic! I also got a deluxe spa pedicure and the lady did so well (the foot message felt amazing). They worked on my nails and feet at the same time so I wasn’t there long. They also made sure I was comfortable and gave me a pillow as well as a complimentary drink. They are a new establishment so they have great deals right now! I got 20% off my service! 10/10 I would recommend to anyone in the area!

It was my first time going to this nail salon and I am nowhere near disappointed! I’ve never heard of this place before and decided to give it a try. It smelled and looked nice inside, and the attending receptionist helped me to understand how to check in and pick services and offered me and everyone coming in refreshments. The ladies that did my pedicure and my nails were also very kind! They did an absolutely amazing job; especially the nail tech, I mean look at the pictures y’all😍😍; and were warm and welcoming the whole time! The only downside I have to say doesn’t have much to do with the salon, but more with lack of parking. I received a $50 parking ticket because I did not know where to park😅, but other than that, I will definitely go again!

Unique nails: Saturday October 4th 2:00pm Manager on Duty: Min I originally had an appointment for 1 PM and I couldn’t make it so I called and canceled showed up about an hour later. It was a Georgia football game day. The manager named “MIN” let most of the nail techs off for the day due to the lack of customers on a football Georgia game day. So the manager proceeded to put acrylic nails on my hands instead of a nail tech due to the lack of nail techs. The manager was very inexperienced as he put my nails on too thick and kept smacking my nails by a nail filer that were freshly put on and kept stating that he was sorry. We were having a casual conversation about our jobs that day. After the nails were complete I proceeded to check out. They still had the 30% off and I needed to do a split payment as this was a gift for my birthday. The manager would only apply the 30% off discount to one split purchase instead of my full acrylic nails and manicure set which I feel was a huge scam. I paid with two different transactions and were completed and taking off of my card. A day or so later, the manager appeared at my job, looking for me, claiming that I never paid for my nail set. I was not at my job at this time as he showed up another time when I was working claiming that I never paid for my set of nails, and I had to show proof that the money was taken off my card with this being said I do not appreciate Min coming to my job telling me that I never paid and that this is dangerous, which is alarming. October 9th 1:00pm A day after the manager showed up at my job I was casually wiping a counter and my acrylic nail, as well as my natural nail completely ripped off, and I had to go to the emergency room due to heavy bleeding. I tried going back to unique nails to show them and ask for a refund, they claim that they wanted to fix my completely ripped off nail and natural nail which could not be fixed because there was not a nail to fix. He proceeded to gather all the employees to stand around me to support his judgment over a customer that has gotten the same exact length of nails from previous other nail salons. I proceeded to explain how the nails were too thick and they weren’t put on my natural nails correctly. The manager then started laughing and proceeded to state that it wasn’t his fault that the fault was all mine and proceeded to get the other employees input to prove his judgment not to mention there was one customer getting her nails done by a nail tech behind me at the time. I tried to request a refund and the manager stated that they don’t give out refunds. I tried to restate that I will need to go to the hospital for this issue now and then he proceeded to state that they will take off all my nails, including the broken nail which, then I decided, I didn’t want them touching any of my nails, considering what had happened and the way that they were treating a customer. Also, considering the fact that they wanted to try and take off the nail from my ripped index finger. I will attach the damage this has done to my finger. I now have a $500 plus emergency room bill due to this.

I love it here!! The manager Min was absolutely fantastic and did a great job with my nails. Additionally, the service was SO quick and enjoyable. We had such good conversations and I got great nails! Prices are very good. I’m so happy I found my new go-to nail place!

Absolutely loved my experience here! The spa is spotless, welcoming, and has such a luxurious vibe. The staff were amazing friendly, professional, and made me feel completely pampered. Highly recommend! Hanna did my nails and she was amazing! She paid close attention to detail, was very knowledgeable, and made the whole experience relaxing 💅✨
